Remember that coaching is a client-centered process, guided by YOUR pace and comfort level. You will learn much about YOU as you "Uncover, Discover & Recover the Power Within"!
You will receive a separate email with a "Client Information Form" attached so I can gather some information to help me learn more about you and your desires for development. Take your time to fill out this form reply to the email with the completed form before your first session.
You will also receive separate emails with your Coaching Agreement for return, and your invoice for payment upon receipt.
If you have any trouble scheduling on my Calendly link (below), please let me know. Once you have scheduled, I will send you a zoom link for our sessions together. I look forward to getting to know you better, and to help support you through this phase of your life journey.
